In addition, she is the food columnist for “Pietisten,” a registered nurse, a culinary educator, a corporate team builder, and consummate baker. Most importantly, she is wife to her best friend, Eric, and mother to two tall boys and two beautiful girls, three birthed and one honorary. She lives with her family in Minnesota.
