Trained as a graphic designer and artist in London, Deirdre Dyson draws on a painterly vocabulary in her work as a carpet designer. This volume brings together more than 200 of Dyson’s carpets, organized thematically according to her sources of inspiration: the botanical world of flowers, plants, and leaves; the animal realm of butterflies and birds; and the fluidity and translucence of water.
