Roger Duvoisin died in 1980.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eClement C. Moore\u003c\/b\u003e (1779–1863) was a professor of literature and theology, and the author of the famous poem \"A Visit from St. Nicholas,\" which later became known as the famous \"'Twas the Night Before Christmas.\" The poem was first published anonymously but later was attributed to Moore.
