Todos tenemos sentimientos que nos paralizan. A veces los notamos en la cabeza, otras, en el pecho; y otras, en el estómago. Tengo un nudo en la barriga ayudará a niños y niñas a señalar lo que les está ocurriendo gracias a la explicación de los autores, que con un lenguaje claro y una metáfora ilustrativa dan sentido a sensación de enredo que tantos hemos sentido.
 
Ahora que la salud mental es una prioridad de todos, no podemos olvidar la de los más pequeños.

I Have a Knot in My Belly will help boys and girls identify what is happening to them; thanks to the authors’ explanations, who with a clear language and an illustrated metaphor give meaning to those feelings of unease and anxiety that so many of us have felt.
