Far from being ‘nothing,’ a young boy takes the reader on an adventure that walks the line between real and imagined, in this graphic novel styled picture book.A young boy’s simple answers to his mother’s inquiries at bedtime introduce the reader to his recollection of his ordinary day. Q: “How are you doing?” A: “Good.” Q: “What was your day like?”: A: “You know, same old thing.” Q: “What did you do today?” A: “Nothing.” Far from being ‘nothing,’ our protagonist takes us on several adventures that walk the line between real and imagined, as we discover that his version of ‘nothing’ is more of a robust something than anything we or his mom could have imagined.
