The pretend battlefield is thrown into chaos by a legion of cheating nerds, and Morgan finds herself transported into a game-like another dimension known as the Balladsphere. With the help of a well-meaning but slightly terrifying NPC, Morgan must complete a personal quest to go free. Succeed, and she just might get her brother back. Fail, and the consequences could be dire.

In order to find him before the Balladsphere’s lethal enemies claim him for themselves, Morgan will have to find family in a party of misfits, follow the guidance of a bard more adept at flirtation than fighting, and cling to her last shreds of hope, all while trying to escape the Balladsphere. Oh, and did we mention her soul is on the line?
