Mariposa: Mi carta de amor a Nana

Michael Genhart is a clinical psychologist and the author of many picture books, including Accordionly, Love Is Love, Spanish is the Language of My Family, and Rainbow: A First Book of Pride. He lives with his husband in Marin County. When he’s not working or writing, you’ll find him gardening, traveling, enjoying live theatre, sitting around a dinner table with friends and family, or sitting in a quiet space with a wonderful book.

Carlos Aponte is an artist, designer, fashion illustrator, and the author and illustrator of the picture books Boquitas, Precious, Across the Bay, and A Season to Bee. Born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico, he now lives with his partner in Jersey City.
