Matteo can't believe it's almost time to move from kindergarten to first grade! He and his classmates have learned so much and they’ve had a lot of fun. Now they’re getting ready for their graduation celebration. Matteo is especially going to miss the class guinea pig, Gus. She is the author of many books for kids, including Go, Go, Cars! and Go, Go, Trucks! She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, three children, two fluffy cats, and a big silly dog.

COURTNEY DAWSON is an illustrator and picture book artist living in the sunny little town of Ventura, California. She has a deep love of reading, her mom's chilaquiles, and most kinds of ice cream.
