I’m Not Afraid of the Doctor follows along as Monkey learns that doctors are kind helpers and there’s nothing to fear!

One rainy day, Monkey ignores her mom’s advice and goes out without a raincoat, rain boots, or umbrella. On Monkey’s way home, she slips and hurts her leg. On top of all that, she catches a cold, too! Taken to the hospital in an ambulance, Monkey is cared for by gentle doctors and nurses who make her feel like a princess. She learns an important lesson: always listen to Mom—and that doctors are there to help!
