Blue Meanie

The Blue Meanie is a tarmac-terrorising Boy Racer who thinks that he's the King of the Streets.

When he finds himself among the real speed-freaks at the drag strip, though, he finds that a bad attitude won't get him very far. Can he take on the fastest boys and girls at the track and keep his speed off the streets, or can he cheat his way to the winner’s circle?
