The super hero tracks the villains to a far corner of space, a remote moon-town named Porta Cuoli. As HAL prepares to attack, a second GREEN LANTERN shows up . . . Fentara Rrab, from Sector 2815. At first, HAL is grateful for the help, but Fentara Rrab doesn't share the feeling. He's a veteran member of the GREEN LANTERN CORPS and immediately takes charge.
