He illustrated Geoff Johns’ Teen Titans and Bart Allen’s death   in Flash, and teamed   with Grant Morrison on Batman. Daniel wrote and drew the Batman:   Battle for the Cowl miniseries, and then became   the regular Batman   writer and artist.
