Chloe spends a day off with her dad, but she unexpectedly comes across Professor Adams's latest creation. Hundreds of crawfish, armed with pencils and paintbrushes, swarm downtown and give it an artistic makeover. But the mayor isn't happy about another incident with the professor's mutants, and he threatens to shut down the experiments for good.
