School Secretary from the Black Lagoon

Hubie is late for school, and now he has to report to the school secretary, the ferocious Mrs. Armbender. Hubie has heard all sorts of stories about her--how she has eight arms and hangs up rule-breaking students by their thumbs! She knows every single thing that happens in the school, and even the principal is afraid of her. One thing's for sure: Hubie would rather go to the dentist than face off with this attendance-taking monster!
