Loss Prevention Symposia and CCPS International Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM
Description
The CCPS International Conference, held annually since 1986, focuses each year on one specific area of process safety and explores that area in depth with an international perspective. A rigorous paper selection process is used, in which fewer than half of all proposals are accepted for publication. Speakers and attendees from outside the US make up a large percentage of participation, providing a broad range of perspectives. Now in its 20th year, the CCPS conference has addressed all areas of process safety in depth several times, with extensive case histories.
The AIChE Loss Prevention Symposium, held annually since 1967, brings together invited, peer reviewed papers covering a broad range of the process safety and loss prevention fields each year. The proceedings of the Loss Prevention Symposium are a rare and valuable source of the early history of process safety. C.D. 1. Loss Prevention Symposia proceedings 1967-2005 (Vol. 1-39)

Since 1985, the Center for Chemical Process Safety (CCPS) has been the world leader in developing and disseminating information on process safety management and technology. CCPS, an industry technology alliance of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), has published over 80 books in its process safety guidelines and process safety concepts series. In this product, CCPS teams with the AIChE Safety and Health Division.
