Heart, Mind, Soul: A 31-Day Journey is for those who love God and want to follow his word, for those who are lost and seeking guidance, and for those who are at the beginning of their faith journey and don’t know where to start. 

The book invites readers to experience the same transformation that Amy had: whereby her heart, mind and soul began to change with a disciplined approach to actively seeking God every day, by reading a chapter of proverbs and a psalm. Divided into 31 days, each day includes a ‘Mind’ section that focuses on wisdom from proverbs, a ‘Heart’ section that focuses on worshipful truths from psalms, and a ‘Soul’ section that will end with a contemplative question, such as ‘How will loving God with my whole self change the way I live today?’. You will then take each day’s learnings and use these to answer every soul question at the end of the day. Each day’s devotional will also be informed by Amy’s own personal reflections, her story, and theological insight. 

With a simple, accessible structure, Amy firmly believes that 31 days is all it takes to truly open yourself to God and feel your heart, mind and soul transform for good.
