First Day Friends

The Dinosaur Pals series returns with First Day Friends, the story of five different dinos who meet on the first day of school and learn about feelings.

Dinosaurs are a year-round favorite for children of all ages, and the Dinosaur Pals series delivers lovable stories with bright illustrations, irresistible characters, and situations all kids can relate to.

In First Day Friends, you will meet a new friendly fivesome of cuddly creatures to fall in love with. You will get to know Kevin, the shy, new spinosaurus in town; Ty, a rambunctious T-Rex; Kayla, a nature-loving stegosaurus; Addy, a friendly apatosaurus; and Max, a slow (but determined!) triceratops.

Together, these dinos learn all about being themselves, and letting others be who they are, too. With relatable situations--like the first day of school in a new town--that sometimes bring out troubling emotions, First Day Friends equips children with the tools to understand feelings, differences, and everything that makes us special.
