This is Captain, a little girl with a big appetite for adventure. She reads of far-away places in the world, of shipwrecks, and of sea monsters, and she longs to experience it all. Wherever the wind blows, she wants to go too, so it is no surprise that when a page of her book is picked up by the wind and carried out to the sea that her imagination follows.
 
But Captain’s journey is difficult, and the world she so wished to explore holds more challenges and setbacks than she imagined. Captain must learn that sometimes, wreckage is unavoidable, but opportunity is unsinkable, and there is always beauty in what can be made anew.
