LONNIE C. LUDEMAN, PhD, received his doctorate from Arizona State University and is Professor Emeritus of electrical and computer engineering at New Mexico State University. In 1993, he was a Fulbright Scholar at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
