Every year Bvlgari launches a High End jewelry collection of one-of-a-kind pieces and this year the focus is eclecticism and “Artsmanship,” the dialogue between art, design, and craftmanship. This year’s collection, Eclettica, celebrates jewelry as a convergence of artistic disciplines across time and space. The brand’s creativity is fueled by a dynamic cross-pollination of influences as varied as sculpture, painting, and architecture. This pulsating dialogue shapes a distinctive blend where artistic codes meet contemporary experimentation, embodying a profound stylistic freedom.

The theme of jewelry and its artistic influences is captured in stunning photographs of the jewels, in the words of Lucia Silvestri, Bvlgari’s Jewelry Creative Executive Director, and in dialogues about what really constitutes eclecticism between the design duo FormaFantasma and the artist Arlene Shechet with Whitney Mallett. | Lucia Silvestri’s journey with Bvlgari began at the age of 20 when she joined the Maison. Thanks to her skills and remarkable expertise she worked her way up and became Bvlgari’s Jewelry Creative Executive Director. Whitney Mallett is the founder of The Whitney Review of New Writing and co-editor of Barbie Dreamhouse: An Architectural Survey. She has written for The New York Times, the Paris Review, and Pin-Up.
