When young Will Bradley arrives from Ohio to join the staff of a newly prominent U.S. Congressman, he learns to trade in the influence economy of Capitol Hill. Installed later at a powerful lobbying firm during the fevered aftermath of 9/11, Will and his patron in Congress master a lucrative specialty.  Channeling foreign money and favors, they harness Washington’s formidable forces to deliver regime changes abroad for impatient second tier royals and politicians, eliminating their rivals and leapfrogging succession lines.
