He has worked on everything from Lord of the Rings™ to M&M’s. After attending the School of Visual Arts in New York, Lawrence was hired as head toy designer for Happiness Express Inc. While there he had the opportunity to design everything from night lights to action figures. After five years in the toy industry, he moved to a career in character illustration. He is now one of the official licensing artists for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Major League Baseball.

I Am Leonardo/Michelangelo/Raphael/Donatello: Mei Nakamura is the pen name of Meika Hashimoto, who is an award-winning picture book, graphic novel, and middle grade novel writer. She has written books for series such as Avatar: The Last Airbender, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, PAW Patrol, and more., After over a decade of working as a children’s book editor for Random House, she moved back to her home state of Maine, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs.

Sergio Cuan is a visual artist who graduated with a BFA in Art and Design from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. Sergio works professionally as a creative director for a major entertainment company in New York City. A highly multidisciplinary artist, he has worked on a diverse range of projects across the globe which include hotels and resorts, brand identity, consumer products, live events, and theme parks. He also has a passion for painting and horticulture alike.
