Written by the 5th grade classes of Rigler Elementary School, A Kids Book About Life is an honest, heartfelt, and often hilarious look at the ups and downs of growing up. From the reality of change and tough emotions, to the joy of friends, family, and favorite snacks, this book invites kids to think about what makes life beautiful—even when it’s hard.

With their own words, these young authors explore what it means to grow, change, struggle, and thrive, offering readers encouragement to embrace life’s challenges and joys with open hearts and open minds. | The authors of this book are the incredible 5th graders of Rigler Elementary School in Portland, Oregon.
