Every year, the Williams Elementary “Billy Goats” compete to see which third graders are the Greatest of All Time in each subject. As they watch their scores build on the big bar graph, Rosie is pretty sure she’s the GOAT for English language arts, and Wolfie is 100% sure he’s the math GOAT. But when the “friendly competition” turns the Billy Goats into bullies, and even good-natured Wolfie pulls out his claws, Rosie wants to quit the contest.
