Unique features of this book include:
- How to transfer BFB training from the lab to the field
- BFB intervention for the daily training process
- BFB training geared to a specific sport
- How to measure athletic self-regulation
- An appendix detailing the latest BFB devices
"This text is long overdue and combines knowledge gained through psychophysiological research and applied to the implementation of biofeedback techniques with athletes. In my view there is no comparable publication to date. It should be useful as a resource for students and practitioners alike."
