He has sold pest control services, pots and pans, security systems, vitamins, laundry detergent, life and health insurance, annuities, mutual funds, stocks and bonds and school service products. In 1996, Steve was making $53,000 per year as a salesperson and he had over $40,000 of credit card debt.
