But the crew — including Carmen Vasquez, younger sister of the fan-favorite character from the movie Aliens — finds more than they bargained for when they discover a mysterious group of human-Alien hybrids they call the “Bug-Men!” Plus: A God-fearing crew member aboard the space freighter Nova Maru is forced at gunpoint to abandon ship with his captain — but as they crash-land on a small planet, they soon learn they have not entirely escaped the Nova Maru’s dreadful cargo! He also illustrated the webcomic for NBC’s Heroes. Along with writer Quinn Johnson, Atkins created the series Elders of the RuneStone, released through Ape Entertainment.
